We rarely strand any calls on the line at the end of the hour during Fetzer’s show… As long as people are willing to hold during the ringing phase of the call (when lines are full, they must wait in queue in the phone system, before they are able to be placed on hold for-air where they then will be able to hear the show live) until a line opens, they will be answered in the order received and placed in the line-up to go on-air.
