Jim you are exactly right to be skeptical of Ramaswamy. I think he is manufactured by UK intelligence, like Nikki Haley and several others.
Anything that rockets into popularity suddenly or irrationally, is suspect, I always think of Pokemon Go as the example, but really anything (i.e. smart phones,etc). The internet took a long time to gain users. That was a natural progression.
