The US sure made a big knowledge theft, they deported 2200 Scientists in OP paperclip and on top they stole 500K patent and plundered alot uni libraries and lots more, but the UK also stole 800 Scientists, and Russia were the worst they deported 20000 scientists, they found Schacht Dora in Harz mountains with V-Rocket production and deported all workers they could get, Russias whole rocket science and nuclear industry is all stolen and build by germans, most famous deported Scientist was Hertz, without these Scientist they coudl never build rockets and be first with satellite, or even build any nuclear tech, just like US universities were mediocre at best before ww2, they only got the best after they stole all knowledge and libraries from the germans.
