There are many men and women in law enforcement who I love and respect, That being said, there is also a growing SWAT NO KNOCK epidemic and militarization of police in the prosecution of the “War on Drugs” and most used as an excuse the “post 9/11” times. These are troubling justifications, and our investigation into the militarization of American Law Enforcement and abuse of the complaint system in reporting misdeeds sees Part 1 or our presentation. Our suggested solution is to form citizen review in the manner of Committees of Safety for independent review and direct submission to a Grand Jury foreman relieving the Prosecutor of interference or blow-back from working with law enforcement. The Grand Jury foreman should not be a position that has a buffer to present evidence before.
