Ron read his “Declaration of Intent to Form a New Republic of Texas” once again and then addressed some questions he had received about the same. These questions were typical of the general understanding of the topic of republics and democracies. He addressed those questions and showed why republics cannot alien the property of the people for the performance of anything to create or support lawful government. James, Lark and David called in with good comments and suggestions for further study. Ron mentioned that he was about finished reading The Jural Assembly Handbook by Anna Von Reitz and was reading The Red Amendment and was listening to Roger Sayles. He said he would discuss these things on later shows.
