Ron talked about one of the now thousands of articles put out about the great victory of the very brilliant lawyers and judges against conspiracy theorists and evil gun manufacturers. The particular letter he responded to was written by Elizabeth Williamson for the New York Times. He proved by the statements made by the writer and her quotes of the attorneys and judges that none of them knew what summary judgments and their very narrow area of application. They all acted like something was proven and not proven in court when summary judgments can’t find facts. Motions for Summary judgments are limited to use only when the facts are agreed to by both sides or when the facts are resolved in favor of the non-movant. Neither could be found in the Pozner vs Fetzer and still grant the summary judgment. Ron said this continued a state of war against Dr. Fetzer and that we cannot live in a society where this kind of judicial corruption is allowed to stand.
