Ron read his letter to The Guardian related to their article about Elizabeth Williamson’s new book “Sandy Hook: An American Tragedy and the Battle for Truth.” Ron showed how Mr. Pozner’s summary judgment for $1.1 million against Dr. Fetzer cannot prove Dr. Fetzer’s “conspiracy theories” false. Summary judgments can only be based upon agreement to the facts or irrelevance of the facts. And both do not apply in the Pozner vs Fetzer libel lawsuit. Ron showed how the summary judgment violates all rules of summary judgment and how summary judgments cannot prove facts about anything.
