Mer from Wisconsin and another listener requested that Ron cover Texas House Bill 3 “relating to state and local government responses to a pandemic disaster; creating a criminal offense.” Ron tried to highlight the most tyrannical parts of the bill including no real definition of a pandemic beyond the governor’s discretionary whim. The definition of war or pandemic cannot be “when the executive says so.” Texas is not a monarchy! One of Ron’s main complaints about the bill is why the Governor is being given authority to declare a pandemic rather than the Texas Congress in joint session after much deliberation and hearings from all kinds of physicians in practice throughout the state?
Andrea from OK called in and said that RBN has a great video on 20 reasons why we know the Pandemic is fake. We should all look at that! This all fits what Ron has been saying that our nation and state have become eventocracies where government authority is derived from events rather than individuals as intended. This is abject tyranny!
Mer from Wisconsin agreed that lawyers don’t know how to write law. I agree with her as evident from this HB3. Mitchell from TN called and said the regulatory taking of property including jobs in this Bill without compensation violates the 5th Amendment.
This bill is making all the unlawful errors made by government in the fake pandemic of 2020 into tyrannical law. It must be stopped!
