Ron talked about state authority to regulate its own borders with a foreign nation to determine how many people it can assimilate in any one year and then lock down the border with the state militia. If the state militia is not adequate to do the job the governor may call upon the federal government to prevent any more immigration. All the federal government has authority to do with the border is regulate the means of becoming a citizen to make sure it is uniform in every state of the union. This is all predicated upon the noting that we have a lawful government in conformity with that which constituted it. But we don’t and the open border that is not regulated by any state or federal government means the Texas state and federal government are dissolved.
