Ron talks about HB 3770 in the Texas House eliminating “property tax.” Unsavory Avery revealed what the applicable common law should be in every state of the union based upon the Founders, namely, that we own our property like kings and queens with an unalienable superior unencumbered title termed “allodial.” Our property cannot be aliened by the state for the performance of anything including the payment of “taxes.” Such a lien cannot be developed based upon the voting of the people as they do not have authority to alien their neighbor’s property. Voting booths are not magic boxes that can delegate authority to the state that the voter does not have. Ron gives the solution to the unlawful feudal “property tax” system from Samuel Adams, the Father of the American Revolution, namely, Vacate It!
