Ron opened with an admission that he could see why some would call his approach as naïve as he has stated the “citizenship status changers” are. But said it doesn’t make sense to follow an approach that is contradictory on its face.
Ron reviewed the three parts of Art 1 Sec 2 of the Texas Constitution as a principle that applies to all lawful governments. His main point is that the third part acknowledges the unalienable right of the people to alter, reform and abolish their government even if it is lawful at the time. This is not a statement of the right to make war or be attacked, but to rather do those things without attempts to be stopped and violent attacks from the government. Making a new lawful government does not contemplate nor imply a war. Those that would make war to stop it would be in violation of this profound principle of lawful government. It is an uneducated response to think that making new lawful government is an act of war or rebellion.
He then made a distinction between abolition and dissolution. We the people are victims of those in office who have dissolved the state and union by alteration of the constitutional forms by law without amendment and this does not require that we the people do anything other than make a new lawful governments as we see fit. Alter, reform and abolition require the people to do something, dissolution does not. There is no such thing as abolishing a dissolved government. We are free to declare an Observation of the Dissolution of the Union and State of Texas with evidence to support it and to form new constitutions based upon our experience of the unlawful abuses we have suffered over the last 100 plus years.
The last half of the hour had five callers several of which defended the citizenship status changers and attempted to give legal support but none were clear.
