Ron showed how Art 1 Sec 2 of the Texas Constitution not only protects those who want to create a new lawful republic but also how it protects them from efforts of saboteurs who would pervert such efforts by joining them or competing with them with their own tyrannous creation to ratify.
Ron asserted that any new lawful republic must meet the definitions of a republic given in Art 1 Sec 2 which he explained or it cannot be ratified by any means.
