MAKING A NEW REPUBLIC OF TEXAS:
Ron had guest, Lawrence Cumbie, who goes by “Lark in Texas” on the show again to discuss Ron’s first draft of a “Declaration of Intent to Form a New Republic of Texas As Guaranteed by the Present U.S. Constitution and the Present Texas Constitution of 1876.” Lark showed how the concept of owning property essential to a lawful Republic has been destroyed under “communitarianism.” The characteristic of all communitarianism is the false doctrine that no one has rights separate and independent from duties and responsibilities to the community. Ron showed how the people have an inalienable right to abolish the present “state of Texas” and create a new one as long as the new one is in the form of a republic defined by Article 1 Section 2 of the Texas Constitution and guaranteed by Article 4 Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution. Lark showed how our thinking has been corrupted by communitarianism and said we should look at something called “pulpit for beginners” which is used by Alan Dershowitz.
