MAKING A NEW REPUBLIC OF TEXAS COMPARED:
Ron talked about his draft of a “Declaration of Intent to Form a New Republic of Texas As Guaranteed by the Present U.S. Constitution and the Present Texas Constitution” located at http://lawfulgovernment.com/intent-form-new-texas-republic.pdf
He read that document in his last show on 10/14/21 so he did not read it again but he did promote the benefits of such a draft and compared it to declarations of independence which only secede or separate from a union. He also compared the result of his draft to the results of secession, acquiescence to global communitarianism, continued voting, anarchy and voluntarism, and individual opt out solutions to obtain freedom. He also said his draft was the voice of 36 million Texans and 330 million Americans as it uses their present constitutions (not withstanding their dissolution) as its foundation and protection compared to the voice of 400 to 1000 people who claim to be office holders of the old stand alone Republic of Texas whose government was abandoned by its founders in 1845.
