Ron talked about the filming of “Crime Scene to Courtroom” by Richard Gage 9/11 and the Lawyers Committee for 9/11 Inquiry. Ron read the email he got from Richard about the filming starting today and continuing until end of this Thursday in Washington DC. This is a movie that will be submitted as a supplement to the material already given to the Manhattan DA to show the Grand Jury. The DA refused to show the material to the Grand Jury and was sued and was appealed resulting in the dismissal of the case for want of standing as the Plaintiff’s could not show a “unique injury” above that of their peers resulting from a violation of constitutional right. Ron gave as summary of why that unique injury rule is a false doctrine created simply to stop citizens from correcting government. The rule simply means that if government requires the amputation of the left hand at the wrist of all people you cannot bring a claim against the government for that unless your hand was cut off at the elbow.
