Ron talked about the US Supreme Court rejecting the challenge to Maryland Assault Weapons Ban. This does not mean the federal supreme court has ruled in favor of the so-called Maryland Assault Weapons Ban which was created shortly after the alleged Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting. Ron said we can say alleged because the facts of the case have never been adjudicated by a jury but only by judges who have ruled on pretrial motions involving Stipulation to the facts, Presumption of the facts and a so-called “summary judgment” where the judge accepted the facts in favor of the movant instead of the non-movant as required in order to protect the right of trial by jury.

Then Ron talked about the purpose of the Israeli operation in Gaza being its obliteration not redemption of hostages. It is the ‘scorched earth’ plan to make Gaza uninhabitable by Palestinians so they must go elsewhere:

Then Ron talked about some universities attempting to punish students and faculty for calling for divestment from Israel in protest to the destruction of Gaza. Ron was happy to see the students and faculty staying the course for so long:
