TARGET: MASS MEDIA CARTEL—Host Mark Anderson and show partner Ron Avery focus today on the Mass Media Cartel and announce a project to closely examine the structure and licensing of FCC “regulated” TV and radio outlets that claim they report the “news” but actually propagate an ongoing coverup of the truth via a constant barrage of narrowly-gauged “news” reports that give a one-size-fits-all worldview. That worldview is essentially the same no matter which network you watch. In tandem with that, the media simply acts, directly or indirectly, as a corporate public relations arm for certain powerful interests, especially big pharma in the age of “covid 19.” Ideas for improving the content, the presentation and the reach of alternative media also are noted. This recurring subject is seen by Anderson and Avery as their most important project for 2022 and beyond, and listeners are invited to provide input and support. It’s time to build a new media.
