Such efforts just unearthed that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger entered into a non-bid contract to outsource the state’s all-important Voter Registration Data to “the cloud,” thereby making it highly vulnerable to Malware and hacking, as if it isn’t bad enough that three private vendors own proprietary software that’s installed inside the three most common brands of voting machines used in most U.S. voting precincts—software that counts and can secretly alter the vote out of public view.
