NOTED COLUMNIST AND COMMENTATOR DEVVY KIDD is today’s guest for the first time to discuss the extreme severity of the current breach of the U.S. southern border with Mexico, across which profiteering traffickers are bringing in minors and other illegal aliens by the tens of thousands, virtually nonstop.
Devvy calls special attention to a 1993 immigration bill, S. 1351, introduced by then-Nevada Sen. Harry Reid back when he was a better U.S. senator—a bill that, if re-introduced with only minor updates, would largely end the border crisis. But the question becomes: Do Republicans, many of whom claim they want to end the crisis, really intend on doing so?
