Ron Avery filled in for Mark Anderson today and announced that Dr. Fetzer had his Writ of Certiorari Denied today. He showed what Dr. Fetzer was asking the SCOTUS to do namely, make summary judgment methodology that protects the right of trial by jury uniform across the US, and to make the 7th Amendment apply in state courts to all dual citizens the states and the United States. The SCOTUS has decide to let this unsound summary judgment in Wisconsin stand that would have been denied in Texas while letting Sandy Hook become adjudicated reality under the same unsound summary judgment procedure shown to be so in Dr. Fetzer’s Petition.
