For this show, Anderson tells of his current exploration of the Covid-19 situation in California, particularly concerning an area CBS affiliate whose local reporter has formed a “Covid-19 patrol” to search for and scold those not wearing masks—which completely destroys the meaning of journalism—since traditional reporting meant fact-checking government policy, not helping to enforce it while asking the state no questions about its flimsy, inflated covid data.
