So the Supreme Court is remanding the case back to the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and the issues of violations of the of Second Amendment and Due Process of Law will then be adjudicated on with Appellate Brief, Appellee Brief and Reply. The importance is that about 95% of verdicts are Plea Agreements and now if you do it right in the Plea agreement you can then challenge the constitutionality of the statute.
