On Sundy March 25, 2018, after thinking continuously about it since it happened Friday, here’s James Kelso’s answer to the question on every patriot’s mind: “What the hell happened when President Trump signed the hideous Omnibus Spending bill?” I listened to Hannity, Coulter, Ingraham, Carlson, Savage, Limbaugh, Levin, Dobbs and other great minds in our cause. I don’t think any of these champions of our cause unlocked what really happened. Here’s my explanation as to what DID happen: 1) Trump got rolled by the RINOs McConnel, Ryan, and Mattis, and 2) Trump made a huge stupid mistake. Specifically that mistake was that he failed to follow a basic executive practise that he knows inside out: NEVER make a huge deecision without huge thinking first. He made the additional mistake of trusting RINOs all around him who assured him that the bill wasn’t that bad. And they lied to him as to what was in it. That’s what DID happen – he got rolled and he failed to follow his own basic executive principle. Now, here’s what DIDN’T happen. Our leader did NOT betray us. Screwing up is very different from betraying. Good patriots who are concluding that Donald Trump, by this one screw-up, proves that all of his hundreds and hundreds of amazing rallies and deeds were all a mirage are making their own mistake. Trump IS the real deal. He does love us patriots. He does love the same things we love. He IS willing to risk his life to defend them. He’s been doing that for over two years every day. Two other things DIDN’T happen: 1) the harm done by this crappy Omnibus Spending bill is NOT incalculable, and 2) that harm is NOT unfixable. This lousy bill is no different from dozens of preceding lousy bills that have gone before it for two decades. It expires in September 2018. It can be fixed in part before then, and in full after that time. UNLESS, of course, the REAL DAMAGE of Friday’s mistake is allowed to happen: the Trump Army gets demoralized and ceases to function as a super-high-morale TEAM. Our little radio show here does get heard by directly or indirectly by those big radio shows hosted by great patriots. When the realization that came to me since Friday gets to them the TEAM will emerge from the Friday Fiasco greater than ever.
