Hey, Jeff! I listened to your program today in which you mentioned that colon cancer was inexplicably most prevalent amongst people who live in the Southern States. You appeared to be baffled by this phenomona. Let me give you a hint: barbecued and smoked meats which Southerners eat in abundance. Those cooking processes produce carcinogens on the surface of meats. On the bright side that Southern food is so delicious that it is literally “to die for”.
