Hi John. I listen to your show only when Jeff Nyquist is on. Today’s show on May 31 there was an excessive amount of background noise during the call from Thomas in Germany. I could hear you sniffling, shuffling and performing tasks as if you were paying little attention. It was very distracting from the important conversation and unprofessional.
