President Trump was one hundred per cent correct in his Executive Order.
The questions are:
(1) Was there statutory authority from Congress for his Executive Order – the answer is YES – 8 U.S,C § 1182(f); and,
(2) Was the Statute of the United States codified in 8 U.S.C. § 1182(f) unambiguous – the answer is Yes [concerning unambiguous statutes of the United States, the judicial Power of the United States’ ONLY option is uphold the Statute as written as the Courts of the United States have NO discretion;] and,
(3) was President Trump’s E.O. clothed WITHIN this grant of the unambiguous Statute of the United States to exercise this Executive Power of United States as the President of the United States – the answer is YES.
Therefore, (1) the Statutory Authority of E.O. exists in 8 U.S.C. § 1182(f); and,
(2) The codified Statute of 8 U.S.C. § 1182(f) is an unambiguous statute of the United States; and,
(3) The E.O. was within the unambiguous Statute of the United States is a sine qua non [essential elements] that the E.O. was constitutional and WAS not subject any merits issues not to mention that at the immigration Statutes of the United States are under the Plenary (absolute) Power of Congress and the several States and others have no “standing” to sue.
