Guest Host: Ralph Winterrowd, host of RBN’s The Ralph Winterrowd Show | The show was about the Bank of America Credit Card CON. There is no hard copy of the application to get a credit card and they ask you if you are “U.S. citizen,” which is not defined on the internet. But if you call the Bank of America online credit application center number of 877-754-6707, they will tell you that “U.S. citizen” is a “citizen of the United States.” This is a policy of Bank of America but can’t get a copy of it and they will not tell you the source – take it or leave it. The Bank of America was created in North Carolina and is a “citizen of North Carolina” but the Bank of America only does business with a citizen of the United States. A “citizen of the United States” is a federal citizen and you have no domicile and no rights and no Constitution but are under the Plenary Power (absolute) control of Congress. The Real ID act was also discussed and as the cars are owned by the government (I have documents) they are implementing the “citizen of the United States” wherein none of the “regulations” are “substantive regulations” that have the “force and effect of law.”
