Who said these things in 2017? “We will never forget who we are.” “There is nothing, never has been, anything like our community of nations, Europe and America.” We will protect “what we have inherited from our ancestors.” “The great question of our time is whether the West has the will to survive.” “The West will never be broken.” You only get one guess on this question, because it’s so easy. All of these things were said by the greatest leader in American history. Donald Trump proclaimed these things standing in the middle of Kacinski Square in the heart of Warsaw to a packed sea of cheering Polish patriots in July 2017. In our December 28, 2017 edition of The Trump Phenomenon we look back on the greatest achievements of President Trump in his first 11 months. Can words be achievements? You bet. Is it an achievement for the President of the United States to simply say the words: “I proclaim it to the world, that the West will never be broken.” You bet.
