Gold is about to hit $3,000 an ounce, on Feb. 18, 2025. But, inquiring minds ask, how much of that $3,000 gold is actually stored in Fort Knox? Will Elon Musk’s DOGE team find all the gold that has been promised to be there? As well as the rest of OUR gold in other locations like the New York Federal Reserve Bank, and the 3 U.S. Mints in Denver, Fort Knox, and West Point, New York. The promised 261 million ounces of gold are worth $783 billion at $3,000 an ounce. If, indeed, it’s all there, our reserve gold is the largest cache of gold in the world.
