Donald Trump rightly refers to himself in a tweet tonight, June 30, 2020, as “THE LONE WARRIOR!” The right theme music for that tweet would be the intro sequence that all of us 1950’s kids grew up on, including the young Donald Trump – The Lone Ranger. Later in life I actually got to meet Clayton Moore, who was The Lone Ranger, in person, in Kansas City, Missouri. A great guy. He had the temerity, like Donald Trump, to actually BELIEVE in the great America First code of the Lone Ranger. “The daring and resourceful masked (no masks this time for the Lone Warrior) rider of the plains led the fight for law and order! …Nowhere in the pages of history can one find a greater champion of justice!
