I hope that the man who invented the World Wide Web, Tim Berners-Lee, with all of his brilliance, appreciates Donald J. Trump. Berners-Lee, who shares my birthday of June 8, certainly is appreciated by Donald Trump, and every member of the MAGA movement, since his creation of the World Wide Web on Dec. 20, 1990 has made our success at breaking the Deep State stranglehold on communication possible. Berners-Lee’s parents in England, both worked as computer experts and mathematicians on the first working computer, the Ferranti Mark 1 in 1955 when Tim was born. The Ferranti 1 weighed 10,000 pounds and was incapable of playing even a very rules-restricted game of chess beyond two moves! 25 eminent scientists and other leaders, when asked to list the 80 cultural moments that shaped the world, ranked Berners-Lee’s creation of the World Wide Web as #1. They wrote: “the Internet has changed the shape of modern life forever. We can connect with each other instantly, all over the world.” These 25 eminent scientists got the #1 part right. But Berners-Lee’s invention was the World Wide Web, which is something that functions ON the Internet, which others invented shortly before Berners-Lee’s stroke of genius, the World Wide Web and Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML).
