How about Donald Trump, Jr. for President sometime after his father finishes his own first 8 years as President? (The ambiguity of “first” is intentional.) The apple doesn’t appear to have fallen far from the tree here. And just as Donald Sr. has CLEARLY become an even greater man in his first 3 years, so has Donald Jr. become more impressive. Something to think about here on November 27, 2019 just before Thanksgiving tomorrow. Here’s an odd fact: the first great father and son Presidential team was that of John Adams, our 2nd President from 1797 to 1801, and his son John Quincy Adams, our 6th President from 1825 to 1829. Oddly, it was the younger of these two first “Big Bad Johns” who, as James Monroe’s Secretary of State, negotiated America’s acquisition of the territory of Florida for us in 1817. Big Bad John Adams Junior thereby acquired the Mar-A-Lago property that just became the permanent home address of our own Big Bad John, Donald John Trump that is.
