You present an amazing amount of news and interpretation, but are you not missing the Forest for the Trees? They (the controlling entities) are not going to let this go back to Normal. You seem to act like all we need to do is correct these existing problems (voting etc). No way !! They are moving forward with high strategy and tactics at an insurmountable pace, much of which you do not mention (surface coverage).
