First, before you try to make your point, you need to understand that the Buddha is NOT a god, never claimed to be, never was one, nor any of his followers ever thought of him to be one. This isn’t the old “my god is better than yours” kind of infantile thing.
Second mistake you made is calling Buddha’s teachings a “religion”, it is NOT a religion, and FYI, neither are Taoism and Confucianism.
